Not everyone in Marvel is an Avenger….
Because Marvel don’t have the rights to make a Spiderman movie because they sold the license ages ago. The only reason this new Spiderman is being made is so that Sony(I think its Sony) gets to keep the rights. This is also why Marvel can’t make an X-Men movie or use any major characters from either of those franchises.
